Job Summary
Hanover Fox International is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Excellence to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence, from suppliers to in-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a vision for global supply chain excellence that drives business growth and profitability.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic supply chain plans, ensuring common approaches across manufacturing sites for EHS, Quality & Compliance, Sourcing, Excellence in Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
- Collaborate with plant Managing Directors and senior business leaders to ensure supply chain needs and expectations are met, and best practice processes and principles are identified and shared.
- Lead on specific global projects, ensuring completion to time, cost, and quality.
- Represent Global Supply at internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, as required.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in driving business and supply chain excellence in complex manufacturing environments.
- Relevant skills and experience in building excellence in EHS, quality & compliance, supply chain strategy, and best practice processes, lean manufacturing.
- Experience working within group functions and affecting change across all levels and geographies, comfortable with working in a matrix structure.
- Experience leading and managing strategic projects within time, cost, and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong commercial exposure, with a full understanding of the impact of supply excellence on the group's P&L.
- Ability to travel internationally.
