Supply Chain Manager Pilatus Ibérica Job Description

At Pilatus Aircraft, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain processes tailored to the needs of our new factory in alignment with our main factory in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain plans covering production scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the S/4HANA project team to ensure seamless integration and compliance with the new system.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with production teams and main factory Stans to ensure seamless startup operations.
  • Identify and qualify suppliers for raw materials, components, and indirect procurement needs as well as negotiate contracts, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Design inbound and outbound logistics processes to optimize material flow and delivery efficiency in accordance with key processes in Stans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, Master degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain areas and proven experience in SAP or S/4HANA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership position.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) is required; German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, cooperative and team-oriented working style.
