Join Our Team as a Senior Manager of Financial Operations

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Financial Operations to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the parent company, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Oversee controlling and accounting activities, including tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing, to ensure financial stability and compliance.
  • Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements, including ESG, corporate policies, and rules of authorities.
  • Perform and assume HR duties and responsibilities, including regulatory compliance with labor law, payroll coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Implement and maintain IT systems, including ERP S/4 Hana and SuccessFactors, to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus CPA and/or MBA.
  • 5+ years of senior-level management experience in an international organization, with a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements in compliance, accounting, and tax.
  • Aviation and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred, with HR-affinity and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • C1 levels in Spanish and English is mandatory, German would be an advantage.
