Supply Chain Manager Pilatus Ibérica

Seville, Spain

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Seville, Spain. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain processes tailored to the needs of our new factory in alignment with our main factory in Switzerland.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain plans covering production scheduling, procurement, and logistics
  • Collaborate with the S/4HANA project team to ensure seamless integration and compliance with the new system
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with production teams and the main factory in Stans to ensure seamless startup operations
  • Identify and qualify suppliers for raw materials, components, and indirect procurement needs, and negotiate contracts
  • Design inbound and outbound logistics processes to optimize material flow and delivery efficiency in accordance with key processes in Stans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain areas and proven experience in SAP or S/4HANA
  • At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership position
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) is required; German is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, cooperative, and team-oriented working style
