Head of Finance & Supporting Functions

Pilatus Ibérica is seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our finance team in Sevilla, Spain.

About the Role

As our new Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports, controlling and accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with national and local financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus CPA and/or MBA
  • 5+ years of senior-level management experience in an international organization
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal requirements in compliance, accounting, and tax
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of integrity
