Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. As a CGO, you will drive growth and innovation across the company, shape and influence the business development strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Cocomore's client portfolio.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your profound understanding of digital marketing trends and client needs.
  • Optimize and enhance our marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our growth objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in driving business growth within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Extensive experience in both business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, customer acquisition strategies, and market trends.
  • A relevant university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (C1–C2) and German (B2 or higher). Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
