Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Pilatus Ibérica in Sevilla, Spain.
About the RoleAs a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse and intralogistics operations. You will lead, supervise, and coordinate the warehouse team, including resource allocation, and develop work instructions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will also serve as the SAP S4/EWM Key User and handle administrative responsibilities, continuously optimizing operations, managing inventory, and providing first-level support for technical and operational issues.
Requirements- Completed apprenticeship and extensive experience as a logistician/warehouse operator; additional qualifications are an advantage
- Proven experience leading teams of 5-7 employees
- B1 English proficiency is required; please submit your CV in English
- Strong skills in SAP, WMS, and MS Office
- Independent, reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a precise and careful work approach
- Strong ability to manage priorities and a long-term commitment to personal and professional growth within the team
