About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Support to join our team in Seville, Spain. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports, controlling and accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with national and local financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Overseeing controlling and accounting activities, including tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing
  • Ensuring compliance with national and local financial requirements, including ESG and corporate policies
  • Performing and assuming HR duties and responsibilities, including regulatory compliance and payroll coordination
  • Implementation of IT landscape, including ERP S/4 Hana and SuccessFactors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus CPA and/or MBA
  • 5+ years of senior-level management experience in an international organization
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal requirements in compliance, accounting, and tax
  • Aviation and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred, HR-affinity required, and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • C1 levels in Spanish and English is mandatory, German would be an advantage
