Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Manager

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the parent company in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Oversee controlling and accounting activities, including tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing, and prepare reports to analyze sales and profit forecasts versus actuals, budgeted expenses versus final totals, and propose ongoing improvement measures.
  • Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements, including ESG, corporate policies, and rules of authorities.
  • Perform and assume HR duties and responsibilities, such as regulatory compliance with labor law, payroll coordination with external providers, onboarding of new employees, etc.
  • Implement and maintain IT systems, including ERP S/4 Hana and SuccessFactors.
