About the Role

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to drive the strategic direction of one of our flagship game franchises, Stumble Guy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our SVP of Product to develop and execute the game's vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision for the game and develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve it.
  • Develop and maintain a feature roadmap that aligns with the game's vision and drives business results.
  • Ensure that game designs meet business objectives, player needs, and industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced product managers to coordinate the game's feature set.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence in feature development and live operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams and/or game designers in social or mobile F2P games, preferably with a live game featuring strong social/PvP/multiplayer elements.
  • Track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behavior and drive key metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience needs.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Experience in live service environments, making changes with an engaged community.
  • Proactive communication skills, with outstanding written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic vision, with the ability to envision an industry-leading future for the game.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Ability to optimize decisions and designs using qualitative, quantitative, and industry-standard methodologies.
