Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Launch Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of our new product launches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization process from concept to market launch, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Research and Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities- Orchestrate the End-to-End Commercialization Process: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for new product launches, from initial concept to successful market introduction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Research and Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient and effective product development and launch.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies, ensuring alignment with Happy Mammoth's business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches, meeting business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization, driving business growth and success.
- A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, with a deep understanding of consumer preferences and market dynamics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead conversations with internal teams and external partners.
- Innovative mindset, with a passion for creating products that resonate with our clients and drive business growth.
