Product Leadership Opportunity at Scopely

We are seeking a seasoned Product leader to drive the vision of one of our leading game franchises, Stumble Guy. As Head of Product, you will collaborate with our SVP of Product in Barcelona to shape the game's roadmap, from vision and strategy to live-game optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the long-term vision of the game and develop a strategy to achieve it.
  • Craft a feature roadmap that drives business results and aligns with the game's vision.
  • Ensure designs meet business goals, player needs, and market trends.
  • Lead a team of experienced Product Managers in coordinating the game's feature set.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
  • Drive constant improvement of Product Management craft, team health, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading Product teams and/or Game Designers in social or mobile F2P games.
  • Track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behaviors and drive product critical metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience needs.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Thrives in live service environments, making changes with an engaged community.
  • Proactive communicator with outstanding written, oral, and presentation abilities.
