Job Title: Head of Product

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to drive the vision and strategy of one of our leading game franchises, Stumble Guy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our SVP of Product in Barcelona to develop and execute the game's roadmap, from vision and strategy to live-game optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the long-term vision of the game and develop a strategy to achieve it.
  • Craft a feature roadmap that drives business results in alignment with the game's vision.
  • Ensure designs meet business goals, player needs, and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced product managers to coordinate the game's feature set.
  • Work with the leadership team to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide long-term solutions to improve feature development and live operation processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading product teams and/or game designers in social or mobile F2P games.
  • Track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behaviors and drive product critical metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Thrives in live service environments and makes changes with an engaged community.
  • Proactive communicator with outstanding written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic vision and ability to deploy tactics to bring it to life.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
