About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product to join our team at Holded. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of our company.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the product, communicating and reinforcing that strategy across teams.

You will be an inspirational ambassador of the Holded product suite and will build the machinery around Product Management which will underpin Holded's accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Education teams.
  • Help build and lead a talented product team.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader, bringing the organization together to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with our technical team and strategic partners to create a compelling product roadmap and strategy.
  • Translate product strategy into requirements and clear deliverables.
  • Incorporate data and market analysis to react to user needs.
Requirements
  • Proven previous experience building a B2B SaaS product in a fast-paced company.
  • Demonstrated success as part of the leadership team in a modern SMB/Volume SaaS business.
  • Experience achieving strategic initiatives, mainly creating a product roadmap.
  • Exceptionally results-focused.
  • Experience establishing and working with OKRs, KPIs.
  • Demonstrable excellence in stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Capture vision and feedback of customers to drive the roadmap.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions on product.
  • Build the delivery roadmap.
  • Lead the team toward a productive transformation from planning to execution.
  • Ability to make product decisions while balancing the needs of the user, customers, and the business.
  • Integrate effective management methods to monitor issues and apply corrective actions.
