Lead the Vision for a Leading Game Franchise

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to drive the vision of one of our top-performing game franchises. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with our SVP of Product to develop and execute the game's roadmap, from strategy to live-game optimization.

As a leader, you will be responsible for crafting a feature roadmap that drives business results, ensuring designs meet business goals and player needs, and mentoring a team of experienced product managers. You will also work closely with our leadership team to optimize lifetime value and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the game's product roadmap, aligning with business goals and player needs.
  • Lead a team of product managers in creating features that drive business results and meet player expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and player needs.
  • Work with leadership to optimize lifetime value and drive operational excellence.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide solutions to improve feature development and live operation processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading product teams in social or mobile F2P games, with a track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behaviors and drive product critical metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience needs.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Strategic vision and ability to drive aligned vision.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to work effectively in a global setting.
