Job Summary

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to drive the vision and strategy of one of our leading game franchises, Stumble Guy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the game's vision and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Product to define the long-term vision of the game and develop a strategic plan to achieve it.
  • Develop and maintain a feature roadmap that drives business results and aligns with the game's vision.
  • Lead a team of experienced product managers in the creation of features that meet business goals, player needs, and market trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize lifetime value of the player base and drive operational excellence.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide long-term solutions to improve feature development and live operation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams and/or game designers in social or mobile F2P games, ideally with a live game featuring strong social/PvP/multiplayer elements.
  • Track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behaviors and drive product critical metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience needs.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Experience in a live service environment with an engaged community.
  • Proactive communication skills with outstanding written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic vision and ability to deploy tactics to bring it to life.
