Job Description

Job Title: Head of Product

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of our product portfolio, driving strategic planning, product vision, and roadmap definition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of users and customers, with the ability to distill user requirements and turn data into actionable product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Connext's product portfolio
  • Lead product management processes, including product backlog management, prioritization, and tooling
  • Advise on strategy, process, and project management across partner projects and contributors
  • Define product goals, KPIs, and topline metrics, and oversee measures to achieve objectives
  • Pursue new product opportunities, including cost-benefit assessment in partnership with Ecosystem and Engineering
  • Balance activities to drive meaningful and sustainable ecosystem growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and represent Connext to strategic customers and the public
  • Manage budget and PnL for the product organization
  • Interview, hire, manage, mentor, and review Product hires
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role
  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience
  • Deep understanding of users and customers
  • Ability to distill user requirements and turn data into actionable product improvements
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and delivering value for enterprise customers
  • Strong partner to engineering teams to ensure product intentions and technical realities are aligned
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing opportunities and clearly communicating the rationale behind decisions
  • Comfortable defining and tracking key business and success metrics
  • Passion for decentralized finance and deep knowledge of crypto
  • Demonstrated experience in an ecosystem setting or serving a wide variety of stakeholders
