About the Role

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to spearhead the development of one of our flagship game franchises, Stumble Guy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our SVP of Product to drive the entire product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to live-game optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision of the game and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve it.
  • Develop a feature roadmap that drives business results and aligns with the game's vision.
  • Ensure designs meet business goals, player needs, and industry trends.
  • Lead a team of experienced product managers in coordinating the game's feature set.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve product management processes, team health, and methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement long-term solutions in feature development and live operation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams and/or game designers in social or mobile F2P games.
  • Track record of driving product roadmaps that shape player behaviors and drive product critical metrics.
  • Ability to balance technology, business, and player experience needs.
  • Proficiency in behavioral economics and understanding of product and player lifecycles.
  • Experience in live service environments and making changes with an engaged community.
  • Proactive communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic vision and ability to deploy tactics to bring it to life.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimization skills using qualitative, quantitative, and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Project management skills and ability to deploy resources against high-impact initiatives.
  • Leadership skills and ability to engage and inspire team members.
