About the Role

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to drive the strategic direction of one of our flagship game franchises, Stumble Guy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our SVP of Product to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players and their behaviors to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features that meet business objectives and exceed player expectations.
  • Lead a team of experienced product managers to drive the development of innovative features and products.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set and achieve ambitious business targets, including revenue growth and player engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Scopely remains at the forefront of the gaming industry.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading product teams and driving product roadmaps that deliver business results.
  • Extensive experience in social or mobile F2P games, with a strong understanding of player behavior and product development.
  • Ability to balance the needs of technology, business, and player experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive aligned vision and inspire team members.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize decision-making and design.
