Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches as our Head of Innovation. This role involves blending deep market insights with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences. You will provide leadership across multiple functional areas, aligning efforts with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for new products, from initial concept to successful market launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop strategies to effectively introduce new products into the market, ensuring alignment with Happy Mammoth's business strategy and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partners.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization.
  • Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) landscape.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer goods market, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating products that resonate with our clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Used to a fast-paced environment.
