About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Design to lead our product design team and drive the development of our end-to-end solar deployment and design platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our overall product and business strategy.
  • Drive the evolution of our design language and principles to ensure a cohesive and distinctive product identity.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a team of skilled designers and managers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and creative excellence.
  • Implement and refine design processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design into agile development cycles.
  • Drive innovation within the design team and explore new approaches to elevate the visual and interactive aspects of our products.
Requirements
  • Experience in product design leadership at a B2B SaaS software company with a strong portfolio showcasing successful new product launches.
  • Ability to think and operate at a strategic level, but drive execution on a tactical level.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with platform work and MA.
  • History of building and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics.
