Customer Success Manager

At Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily customer interactions and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide a single point of contact for customer expectations and deliverables, working closely with a global dynamic team in real-time.
- Coordinate the use of Managed Detection Response solutions and Incident Response services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Creation of detailed incident reports and daily activity reports for engagements and incidents.
- Directly work with customers and executives to define project requirements and work within a team environment to meet service delivery standards.
- Understanding of Incident Response lifecycle and cyber-security frameworks.
- 2-5 years of project management experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a SOC environment and/or Incident Response role.
- 2-5 years of hands-on systems administration and/or optimization experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer communications (support/investigation/consulting).
- Demonstrated advanced technical writing experience in English language.
- Ability to work with minimal instruction or supervision.
- Domestic and International travel may be required.
- Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Hebrew).
