Job Title: Guest Service Line Agent

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Line Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
