M&A Solutions Manager Job Description

This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in driving the growth of LevelTen's M&A Solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transaction execution, from start to finish, and will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and transaction counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Asset Marketplace (AMP) processes, including setup and execution, internal transaction team coordination, and external customer communications.
  • Manage customer relationships to understand their needs and set expectations.
  • Prepare transaction materials, such as teasers, announcement emails, NDAs, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate communications among transaction counterparties to ensure a smooth process.
  • Advise customers on transaction strategy based on market insight and transaction experience.
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, including documentation, tracking tools, and training materials.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive successful M&A Solutions processes.
  • Lead Salesforce (CRM) efficiency projects and maintain network data and opportunity tracking.
  • Support the use of LevelTen's M&A Solutions products by assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting.
  • Support the development of M&A Solutions transaction goals and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of M&A Solutions and other teams to define the business development strategy.
  • Lead the regional implementation of M&A Solutions, including customer lead generation, network expansion, and brand awareness in Europe.
