About the Role

The SAP Virtual Customer Success Partner Team is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join their team in Barcelona. As an SAP iXp Intern, you will support the virtual Customer Success Partner Managers and the entire team in working on two central and strategically important topics:

  • Adoption initiatives: Ensuring the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time
  • Operational excellence: Assisting Team Leads / Regional Manager by providing data insights & tracking regional business priorities

You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP's overall CSME organization is running.

The SAP Customer Success Management & Engagement (CSME) organization is aiming to create an industry-leading Virtual customer engagement experience that provides an easy-to-use digital entry point to self-help and guidance from SAP (via our Virtual Customer Success Partners (V-CSP) to our customers.
