Job Title: Virtual Customer Success Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Virtual Customer Success Partner will be responsible for engaging with a large portfolio of customers across different SAP cloud solutions, assisting and guiding them through the different phases of the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal. You will pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty by sharing tools, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers across different SAP cloud solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and tools, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer interactions and provide insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Pre-Sales or Customer Success, managing relationships with global, complex organizations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP cloud SaaS solutions, such as ERP Cloud, DSC, HXM, CX, ISBN, and BTP, is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience working in the IT industry, particularly in Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success Management, and Consulting, is highly valued.
  • Commercial experience, including developing and executing account management plans, is essential.
  • Proven ability to work with virtual/social tools to engage with customers and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
  • Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to network across SAP and other cloud delivery teams.
  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic language skills a plus.
