Job Title: Virtual Customer Success Partner

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our SAP Cloud Success organization and contribute to the development of industry-leading virtual customer engagement experiences. You'll work closely with customers to optimize their onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring seamless transitions to our cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with a diverse portfolio of customers across various SAP cloud solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty and retention.
  • Build and leverage a network of internal stakeholders to support customer success.
  • Develop and deliver targeted customer best practice guidance, monitoring effectiveness and sharing best practices for digital customer engagement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Pre-Sales or Customer Success, managing relationships with global, complex organizations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP cloud SaaS solutions, such as ERP Cloud, DSC, HXM, CX, ISBN, and BTP.
