About the Role

The SAP Cloud Success organization is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through a virtual engagement approach. As a Virtual Customer Success Partner, you will play a key role in optimizing customer onboarding and adoption processes, improving renewal rates, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a consistent, efficient, and scalable methodology for customer success across different SAP cloud lines of business.
  • Provide on-demand access to self-help and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Champion customer success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
