Job Title: Virtual Customer Success Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Virtual Customer Success Partner will be responsible for engaging with a large portfolio of customers across different SAP cloud solutions, assisting and guiding them through the different phases of the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal. You will pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on customer loyalty, by sharing tools, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers across different SAP cloud solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and drive business growth.
  • Monitor customer interactions and provide insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Document processes and create templates to ensure transparency and effective onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in Pre-Sales or Customer Success, managing relationships with global, complex organizations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP cloud SaaS solutions, such as ERP Cloud, DSC, HXM, CX, ISBN, and BTP, is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience working in the IT industry, particularly in Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success Management, and Consulting, is highly valued.
  • Commercial experience, including developing and executing account management plans, is essential.
  • Proven ability to work with virtual/social tools to engage with customers and manage high volumes of customer engagements.
  • Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to network across SAP and other cloud delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems, with excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Language fluency in English is required, with Arabic language being a plus.
