About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our SAP Cloud Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an industry-leading virtual customer engagement experience that provides an easy-to-use digital entry point with on-demand access to self-help and guidance from SAP to our customers.

As a Virtual CSP, you will use a low-touch/virtual engagement approach to provide an excellent customer experience across a large portfolio of customers. Your objective will be to optimize the customer onboarding and adoption processes, improve renewal rates, increase customer satisfaction, and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient, scalable methodology across different SAP cloud lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer onboarding strategy that ensures seamless adoption of SAP cloud solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance through various digital channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SAP cloud solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
