About the Role

We're building a team that's passionate about helping customers succeed in the cloud. As a Virtual Customer Success Partner, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience through a low-touch, virtual engagement approach.

Our goal is to optimize customer onboarding and adoption processes, improve renewal rates, and increase customer satisfaction across our cloud lines of business. You'll champion customer success by implementing a consistent, efficient, and scalable methodology that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure seamless adoption of SAP cloud solutions
  • Provide proactive support to customers through virtual engagement channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving process improvements and innovation
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize customer success strategies

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
