We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Solutions Expert to join our team at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. as a Customer Success Manager, MDR EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily customer interactions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate multiple projects and lead service delivery milestones to meet customer expectations.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with a global dynamic team to deliver real-time solutions and services.
- Utilize Managed Detection Response solutions and Incident Response services to drive customer success.
- Generate detailed incident reports for customer events and create reports on daily activities for engagements and incidents.
- Work closely with customers and executives to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Contribute to a team environment to meet service delivery standards and drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of Incident Response lifecycle and cyber-security frameworks.
- 2-5 years of project management experience in a SOC environment and/or Incident Response role.
- 2-5 years of hands-on systems administration and/or optimization experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer communications (support/investigation/consulting).
- Demonstrated advanced technical writing experience in English language.
- Ability to work with minimal instruction or supervision.
- Domestic and International travel may be required.
- Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Hebrew).
