Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives in marketing and sales.
  • Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and finalize reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
    • Market Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies, including gathering data on competitors and market trends.
    • Content Management: Help manage content for marketing materials, including promotional materials.
  • Sales Operations Support:
    • Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and track key performance metrics.
