Sales and Technical Expert for Surface Treatment

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups in the Surface Treatment segment for the whole Iberia area.

You will be responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as executing short- and long-term commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relations: Build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
  • Driving Efficiency: Develop and execute sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue of existing accounts.
  • Develop sales channels: Establish strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets for AAF's indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Advisor in technical matters: Sell air filtration solutions, advise customers on technical matters, and help find the most appropriate solution.
  • Accelerated Time-to-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Product Champion: Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
  • Successful track record with high-added-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
