Job Overview

Join our team at Starcom as you take on a pivotal role managing the account of a leading retail brand in the nation.

As the Client Engagement Director, your focus will be on the strategic aspects of client relations. You will be responsible for understanding client objectives and aligning them with audience insights to achieve their strategic goals.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of your client's media strategy, fostering innovation in all media solutions while ensuring a strong commercial return.

Daily Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our agency


• Take on a leadership role, managing senior client relationships


• Oversee the implementation of strategies across various brands and their annual plans


• Ensure quality control over agency deliverables, including responses to briefs and content projects


• Drive high-quality, innovative ideas that support our clients' brand objectives in a dynamic media landscape


• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight across departments


• Cultivate strong relationships with agency partners and key media stakeholders


• Lead both traditional and digital campaign initiatives, focusing on branding and performance

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:


• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics


• 6-8 years of experience in client management and account strategy development, demonstrating a strong client focus


• Proficient in multimedia and media planning, particularly in digital environments


• Strong strategic thinking abilities


• Excellent leadership and team management skills


• Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and changes


• Results-driven with a commitment to excellence


• Strong communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive

Additional Preferred Qualifications:


• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)


• Previous experience as an Account Director in Media or Digital Agencies (2 years or more)


• Familiarity with media planning tools such as Kantar Tom-Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar
