About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the enterprise sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the relationship with our customers from prospecting to customer success.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
- Define sales planning and forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections.
- Manage various prospecting channels to target and engage potential B2B top-tier accounts.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to generate leads and drive enterprise sales.
- Implement acquisition processes from initial contact to planning and executing enterprise customer pitches, defining offers, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and own the relationship with customers and partners.
- Develop expertise in the identity verification business and Alice's services.
- Effectively communicate with clients at all levels, from CEO to technical developer.
- Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including solution partners, enabling services, core development, sales, and marketing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and opportunities, and pilot emerging technologies for e-commerce.
- Regularly report activities, progress, and successes to ensure team alignment.
About You
You are a seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B software enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise clients in a SaaS environment. Your exceptional communication and social skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be working with large enterprise customers. A strong analytical background is also required to analyze and interpret sales data and trends.
You have a proven sales skill set, deep technical knowledge, and a track record of developing and executing successful sales plans and stakeholder mappings.
