About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our commercial efforts and drive revenue growth across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that drives business expansion and customer retention
  • Lead the commercial team to achieve higher close rates, increased average deal value, and account growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and expand our go-to-market strategy, sales function, and account management
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, marketplaces, and outbound/inbound sales channels
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head of Revenue in a B2B SaaS startup
  • 3+ years of experience in deep tech software companies
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial leadership selling B2B with a focus on SMB/SME and enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of boosting revenue and driving business growth
  • Strong technical experience with business productivity tools, such as Hubspot
  • Adept at transitioning from strategic vision to day-to-day tactical operations
  • Creative thinking and data-driven mindset to turn complex data into actionable insights
