Within the Buyer Risk and Compliance Global Quality Organization, we are looking for a diligent, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
The position will require driving initiatives, gathering quality metrics, and proactively providing updates to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and assess the details surrounding transactions, identifying process deviations related to program-level discrepancies through audits.
- Familiarity with sampling techniques to ensure an adequate number of investigative audits are conducted.
- Engage with external clients and financial institutions via phone and/or email during the audit process as per the Investigation Standard Operating Procedures.
- A sharp eye for detecting new methods of operation or fraud patterns, providing analysis on process compliance and associated risks, and effectively communicating trends and actionable recommendations to QA leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs assessments for management and training teams to address knowledge gaps within individuals, teams, or sites.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and peers, driving calibration efforts across various locations.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Provide insights to Global Process Owners and Global Functional Points of Contact for improvements or modifications to Standard Operating Procedures, processes, or tools.
- Lead automation projects to minimize manual QA efforts and enhance QA outcomes.
- Strong process understanding to develop strategic policies aimed at further innovation and simplification of processes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, performing data mining and analysis to support programs and identify new metrics and opportunities for quality enhancement.
- Take proactive ownership in identifying process gaps or defects; if the process is managed by another department, lead the efforts in identifying, communicating, and assisting the responsible team in resolving the issue.
- Take charge of personal development and ensure regular engagement with Learning & Development teams for individual growth.
The Audit and Insight team is responsible for auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across various marketplaces. We also generate insights and provide recommendations for process enhancements to improve seller experience, operational efficiency, and excellence.
