About the Role
The Audit and Business Operations team is looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Quality Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will undertake the following tasks:
- Assess documentation submitted by sellers during the compliance onboarding process, continually exploring innovative methods to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, aiming to maintain Amazon as a secure global platform.
- Monitor and analyze emerging fraud patterns and process compliance, providing insights into risk management.
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, offering feedback to enhance standard operating procedures, processes, and tools.
- Utilize strong process knowledge to formulate strategic policies that streamline operations.
- Lead automation projects to minimize manual quality auditing efforts and enhance workflows.
- Generate comprehensive analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, leveraging data mining techniques to support programs and uncover new metrics for quality enhancement.
- Effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations to quality assurance leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders according to established operational protocols, while collaborating with global peers to ensure consistency across locations.
- Develop, maintain, and update guidelines for process workflows.
- Identify and report training needs to leadership and the training team to address knowledge deficiencies.

Basic Qualifications
