Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian and Spanish

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing program level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends, and driving projects and initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits to identify process deviations and defects, and analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
- Communicate with external customers and stakeholders to resolve audit findings and provide quality updates.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve quality.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and peers to drive calibration efforts and improve quality across sites.
- Provide training and support to team members to address knowledge gaps and improve quality.
The Audit and Insight team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is responsible for auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks for different marketplaces. We also generate insights and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel.
- Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish.
