Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian and Spanish

We are seeking a highly analytical and dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing program level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits to identify process deviations with respect to program level defects.
- Communicate with external customers and financial institutions via phone and/or email during the audit process.
- Identify new MO/Fraud patterns and provide analysis on process adherence and risk involved in the processes.
- Provide training need analysis to management and training team for individuals/team/site in order to address knowledge gaps.
- Engage with global stakeholders and peers, and drive Calibration efforts across sites.
- Provide inputs to GPO, GFPOCs for SOP/Process/Tool improvements or changes.
- Drive projects on automation to reduce QA manual efforts and improve QA yields.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes.
The Audit and Insight team audits the Seller registration, verification and compliance checks for different market places. We also generate insight and give recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience, efficiency improvement, operational excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
- Experience in data-driven business operations processes.
