In the Buyer Risk and Compliance Global Quality Organization, we are looking for a committed, diligent, and analytical individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
The position will require leading projects and initiatives, gathering quality data, and proactively providing quality updates to the management team.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and assess the details surrounding transactions, identifying process deviations concerning program-level discrepancies through audits.
- Proficient in sampling techniques to ensure the appropriate number of investigation audits are conducted.
- Communicate with external clients and financial institutions during the audit process.
- Possess a sharp eye for identifying new fraud patterns and provide analysis on process compliance and associated risks, effectively communicating trends and actionable solutions to quality assurance leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs assessments for management and training teams to address knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and peers, driving calibration efforts across various sites.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve standard operating procedures, processes, or tools.
- Lead automation projects to minimize manual quality assurance efforts and enhance quality assurance outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong process understanding to develop strategic policies aimed at further simplifying and improving processes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, performing data mining and analysis to support programs while identifying new metrics and opportunities for quality enhancements.
- Take proactive ownership in identifying process gaps or defects, leading efforts to communicate and assist the responsible team in resolving issues.
- Commit to personal development and maintain regular communication with Learning & Development teams for individual growth.
The Audit and Insight team is responsible for auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across various marketplaces. We also provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements to improve seller experience, operational efficiency, and excellence.
