About the Role
The Audit and Business Operations division supporting the Registration and Compliance team is in search of a committed, diligent, and highly analytical individual to fill the position of Quality Specialist.
This role entails the responsibility of evaluating program-level discrepancies, analyzing defect data, and reporting on emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess documentation submitted by sellers during the compliance onboarding phase, while continuously exploring innovative methods to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities, aiming to enhance Amazon's reputation as a secure global platform.
- Maintain vigilance to detect new fraud patterns and provide insights on process compliance and associated risks.
- Participate in projects and process improvements, offering valuable input to GPO and GFPOCs regarding SOP, process, and tool enhancements.
- Utilize strong process understanding to develop strategic policies that simplify and improve existing procedures.
- Lead automation initiatives to minimize manual quality auditing efforts and enhance operational processes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports analyzing defect trends and root causes, while conducting data mining to support various programs and identify new metrics for quality enhancement.
- Effectively communicate trends and actionable recommendations to quality assurance leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders in accordance with standard operational procedures, while collaborating with global peers to facilitate calibration efforts across different sites.
- Establish, maintain, and update guidelines for process workflows.
- Identify and escalate training deficiencies to leadership and the training team to address knowledge gaps within the team.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in data-driven business operations.
