About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and dedicated individual to join our Audit and Insight team as an Auditor. This role will involve auditing program level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends, and driving projects and initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits to identify process deviations and defects, and analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
  • Communicate with external customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality updates.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and peers to drive calibration efforts and improve quality yields.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to address knowledge gaps and improve skills.
  • Engage with the leadership team to provide quality updates and insights to inform business decisions.
About the Team

The Audit and Insight team is responsible for auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks for different marketplaces. We generate insights and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
