Are you passionate about technology and possess excellent communication and organizational skills? We're looking for a talented Outbound Business Development Representative to join our team

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with our sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Utilize our tech stack to set up qualified appointments and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to ensure higher win rates.
  • Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and business reviews.
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
  • Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
