Job Description

Global Rewards Associate

The Global Rewards Associate is a key player in the Rewards and Recognition strategy of Docplanner. This role ensures the diligent and relentless execution of the compensation strategy at a global level, contributing to the results, engagement, and competitiveness of Docplanner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Global Rewards Structure: Create a global rewards structure that enables leaders and talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent at the best return on investment.
  • Compensation Review Process: Prepare, run, and own the Compensation Review process at a global level to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Internal Job Grading Methodology: Own the internal job grading methodology and process to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while aligning with organizational goals and structures.
  • Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct proper benchmarking processes to determine Docplanner's position in terms of compensation competitiveness.
  • Compensation Recommendations: Provide recommendations on specific markets, industries, and positions on what adequate compensation looks like.
  • Awareness and Education: Increase the level of awareness and education on compensation elements, strategy, and processes at Docplanner.
  • ESOP Design and Execution: Support the design, process, and execution of the ESOP (long-term incentive plan).
  • Rewards-Related Policies: Design rewards-related policies and procedures that enable the PX team to scale all DPralians to be self-serving and independent when it comes to Rewards-related topics.
  • Rewards Infrastructure and Data: Co-own the rewards infrastructure and data in conjunction with PX Services, coordinating between HRIS and other compensation tools to ensure the system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in compensation and benefits management.
