Job Title: Global Partner: Total Rewards and Delivery ExcellenceWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Partner: Total Rewards and Delivery Excellence to join our People Solutions Centre team. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and leadership of employee benefits and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
- Compensation Administration: Lead and manage the benefits enrolment process, including new hire onboarding and annual open enrolment, ensuring successful program delivery.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
- Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects related to compensation and benefits, ensuring successful implementation of new programs, systems, or process improvements.
- Employee Support: Ensure operations are handled consistently and timely as per our SLA's/KPI.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with in-country regulations.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to team members, acting as a role model by setting a high standard for work ethic, attitude, and professionalism.
- 6-8 years' experience in HR Operations, mainly in benefits and compensation administration or related HR roles, including at least 3 years of leadership experience managing a team.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR projects from initiation to completion, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization working with CoEs, HR Business Partners, external vendors.
- Expertly manages projects with strong organizational skills, leveraging analytical thinking to solve problems effectively, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.
