We are seeking a highly skilled Global Partner to join our People Solutions Centre team at Galderma.

This exciting opportunity will involve the day-to-day management, administration, and leadership of employee benefits and compensation programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational execution while overseeing the strategic implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include guiding projects to enhance the efficiency of HR programs, managing cross-functional teams, and leading process improvements.

This role will also provide leadership within the HR department, promoting collaboration and excellence in program delivery, while ensuring compliance and providing employee support.

As a Global Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from compensation and benefits design to HR process improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in compensation and benefits administration.
