Global Rewards Associate

We are the largest digital healthcare platform in the world, present in 15 countries and currently connecting over 30 million patients to more than 2 million healthcare professionals. Our mission is to make the experience in health more human. To achieve this, we need a dedicated professional to enable our Rewards and Recognition strategy at a global level.
The Global Rewards Associate will be responsible for diligent and relentless execution of the compensation strategy at a global level. This role contributes to the results, engagement, and competitiveness of our company. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a global rewards structure, preparing and running the Compensation Review process, and owning the internal job grading methodology and process.
As a Global Rewards Associate, you will create value by:
- Building and maintaining a global rewards structure that attracts and retains talent at the best return on investment
- Preparing, running, and owning the Compensation Review process at a global level
- Owning the internal job grading methodology and process, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Contrasting through proper benchmarking processes to determine our position in terms of compensation competitiveness
- Providing recommendations on specific markets, industries, and positions on what adequate compensation looks like
- Increasing the level of awareness and education on compensation elements, strategy, and processes
- Supporting the design, process, and execution of the ESOP (long-term incentive plan)
- Designing rewards-related policies and procedures to allow the PX team to scale and make DPralians self-serving and independent when it comes to Rewards-related topics
Requirements include at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards, actively participating in salary benchmarking, building salary references, job grades, and leading compensation review processes at a large scale. You should also have experience managing share schemes and ESOP programs, be diligent, detail-oriented, and a good communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics.
You will be measured by the following KPIs/qualitative metrics:
- Meeting the budget and other targets for compensation assigned throughout the year
- Metrics on fairness and rewards in our eNPS survey
- General attrition and top talent attrition with reasons related to compensation
- Metrics of education/understanding of the compensation infrastructure, process, and philosophy by DPralians
