Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership and talent acquisition to develop a global rewards strategy that drives business results and enhances employee engagement.
• Own the Compensation Review process at a global level, ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness across markets.
• Develop and maintain a global rewards structure that aligns with organizational goals and structures.
• Conduct benchmarking processes to assess Docplanner's compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards, with a proven track record of leading compensation review processes at scale.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job grades, and compensation philosophy.
• Experience managing share schemes and ESOPs programs, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive engagement across the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools, with a knack for technical problem-solving.
